Each garment is crafted specifically for you. We don’t mass produce. We don’t overstock. And we don’t do mindless returns.

All Sales Are Final

We do not offer refunds or returns unless the product you receive is:

●     Damaged

●     Incorrect

●     Defective

If this happens, contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order at info@cutthecrapstore.com.
Please attach clear photos of the issue along with your order number.

Custom Sizing & Made-to-Order

Made-to-order pieces are non-refundable.
If you need help with sizing before you purchase, DM us on Instagram or email us. We’ll guide you through the process.

Exchange Eligibility

We offer exchanges only if the wrong item was sent or the product arrived damaged.
No exchanges for sizing errors after purchase unless it’s our mistake.
