How long will my order take?

What size should I order?

Can I return or exchange my order?

We do not accept returns or refunds unless the product is damaged or incorrect. Exchanges are only offered if we made a mistake with your order.

What if my product is damaged?

Email hello@cutthecrapstore.com within 48 hours of receiving your item. Attach photos and your order number so we can resolve the issue quickly.

Are the clothes true to size?

Yes, but linen has a natural drape and ease. If you prefer a specific fit, reach out before ordering for custom sizing assistance.
